the Ocean and City are breathtaking from this 18th floor vantage point!!

tremendous beach & oceanviews from the 14th floor. Highlight of this
condo is the additional room which can be used as an                
additional 3rd bedroom or 2nd living room.  2 Families can easily
share this condo and have their own kitchen – living room – bedroom
–washer-dryer.

High Season Weekly Rentals (Saturday to Saturday) 
Feb 10th until April 22nd 
Memorial Day until Labor Day
Weekly rates are $1650.00-$2275.00 /week+ $125 departure cleaning fee
$300.00 security deposit required to book unit

Off Season
Rentals in Jan-Feb-April-May-Sept-October-November-December  
$139.00/night, 3 night minimum
Weekly rates are $995.00 /week+ $65 departure cleaning fee
Monthly rates are $2500.00/month + $125 cleaning fee 
$300.00 security deposit required to book unit

Above excludes Holidays and Special Events

50% down 60 days prior to arrival
50%down 30 days prior to arrival

Cancellation Policy  
In the event of cancellation, security deposit will be forfeited.
Refund of the advanced rental will be made only to the extent that a
tenant can be found to occupy the vacated time reserved under this
contract.  If we are able to rebook the property, we will refund a
prorated share of the rental fee for each day we are able to fill,
less a $100 cancellation fee. The option of trading your time in for a
later time may be considered, based on availability. Any increases in
the fee (Fees are established in January of each year and will be
posted on the website) will need to be paid.
