Great seafood, steak and other restaurants and bars are within easy
walking distance, as are grocery stores and beachware shopping
facilities. The property is located only hundreds of feet from the
world-renowned Cocoa Beach Pier. The equally famous Ron Jon surf
shop is also within walking distance.
