It is non-smoking and is a large, 750 square foot, 1 bedroom, 1 bath 
Kauai vacation rental that just underwent a $75,000 complete 
remodel. It is dual air conditioned in the living room and bedroom 
and it sleeps four. 

It is much less expensive then a hotel room and much, much nicer. 

It is not just a Kauai vacation rental, it is our private vacation 
home and it is equipped like a luxurious private home, not like a 
typical Kauai vacation condo rental. 

No smokers please! If you smoke at all, even outside or on the lanai 
please do not contact us. 

Our Kauai vacation rental condo is located at Kauai Beach Villas a 
private oceanfront property shared with the Hilton Kauai Beach 
Hotel. It is surrounded by exotic lagoons with swan, geese, ducks, 
fountains and landscaped with magnificent native foliage. The 3-mile 
beach is one of Kauai’s longest, with beautiful sunrises. Kauai’s 
public golf course is next door. The Kauai Lihue airport is 5 
minutes away. 

Our Kauai rental condo home is newly remolded, furnished and 
beautifully decorated. It’s central location lets you see all of 
Kauai easily. It is 30 minutes from Poipu and Princeville and 5 to 10
minutes from the Kauai’s biggest towns of Lihue and Kapaa. They 
offer the widest variety of shopping, groceries, restaurants and 
entertainment. 

Kauai, the Garden Isle is blessed with the some of the most 
breathtaking landscapes and sights Hawaii has to offer. Kauai's 
beaches are famed for their pristine beauty. It’s championship golf 
is unmatched. 

Our Kauai condo rental has a large living and dining room with a 
partial ocean view. Our vacation rental home has all Hunter Douglas 
vertical blinds, Berber carpet, custom imported tile, full 
electronics and air conditioning in the living room and bedroom. The 
queen sofa bed has a 6 inch Sealy innerspring mattress. Our rental 
home will sleep 4 comfortably. The new rattan furniture includes a 
lounge with ottoman, coffee and end tables, round stacking tables 
and two bar stools.
 
An electric brass ship’s lantern hangs over the large rattan dinette 
with glass top and 4 very comfortable cushioned chairs. It looks out 
at the partial ocean view and beautiful grounds. 

All new custom tile leads to the bar, bedroom, bathroom and small 
desk office vanity area. Elegant solid red mahogany varnished doors 
lead to the living room, bedroom and bathroom. 

Extra touches of our Kauai condo rental: Two full entertainment 
centers with cable TV, VCR, DVD and stereo, all remote controlled in 
the living room and bedroom; air conditioning in the living room and 
bedroom; brass ceiling fan with lights; and lovely artwork and silk 
flower arrangements throughout the condo. The lanai has a table and 
4 chairs. There are screened and louvered windows and a screened 
sliding lanai door. 

Our Kauai condo rental has a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with 
new solid wood cabinets, granite counter and bar tops and 2 bar 
stools. 

A starter kit of laundry soap, dish soap, dishwasher soap and in the 
bathroom shampoo and hand soap are also included. 
Our Kauai condo rental has a modern, completely remodeled, well lit 
bathroom and shower. 

Enter through an elegant solid wood red mahogany varnished door for 
privacy and quiet. The floor, counter and shower tile is all new. 

The new solid wood cabinet has three storage drawers, a tiled 
counter, new china sink, brass faucet and brass towel rings. A new 
dual mirrored medicine cabinet with interior mirrors lets you see 
front and back. 

Our Kauai vacation home has a hairdryer with night light, and 
starter toiletries are included. 

There is a full bathtub and tiled shower with custom brass frame 
shower doors with a white etched leaf pattern and towel rack. The 
tub and shower have brass fixtures with a choice between overhead or 
hand spray shower heads. There are corner tiled shelves and a brass 
soap dish in the back with a brass grab bar on the wall. 

There are six sets of towels in a convenient rack. 

Rental facilities include a pool,whirlpool tennis courts, putting 
green and BBQ’s.

Two full entertainment centers with cable TV, VCR, DVD and stereo, 
all remote controlled in the living room and bedroom; air 
conditioning in the living room and bedroom; brass ceiling fan with 
lights; and lovely artwork and silk flower arrangements throughout 
the condo.

Our Kauai vacation home has all new appliances, electric stove 
microwave, refrigerator with ice maker and filtered water, 
dishwasher, disposal, blender, wide slot toaster, thermal carafe 
coffeemaker with timer, George Foreman Grill, waffle maker, small 
food processor, steamer, rice cooker, 6 qt. roaster oven, hand 
mixer, complete formal china, glasses, silverware, cutlery, mugs, 
wine glasses, pots, pans, salad bowl, Tupperware and all utensils.


The sink has new fixtures, a sprayer and a dual filtered water 
dispenser so you will not eed to buy bottled water. 

We've even added a convenient condiment drawer. It has ketchup, 
mustard, stadium mustard, relish, mayonnaise, soy sauce, salt, 
pepper, sugar, sweet and low and coffee creamer and a few other 
items contributed by past guests. 

Our condo rental is also equipped with its own washer and dryer for 
your convenience. There is an iron and ironing board and step stool 
as well. 

This is Kauai. Attraction galore. We provide all our guests our semi 
world famous island write up, as good as any guide book.
