Kauai is the oldest of all the Hawaiian islands with excellent beaches
and hiking. Great scuba diving/snorkeling, surfing, boogie boarding
kayaking, horsebackriding, helecopter tours, boat tours, golfing,
tennis, and even ziplining! Kauai spells adventure!
However, for those seeking peace and relaxation try the Princeville
spa for a massage, pedicure or facial or a little shopping or dining
in Hanalei town. 

Daily rate $175, weekly rate $1200
Christmas/New years week $195 a night or $1365 a week
11.42% HI tax and outcleaning fee of $130 required.
$300 refundable deposit due at time of booking.
Can be rented as a 1 bed/1 bath for 150 per night/1000 per week..

We are open to home exchanges (second homes only please) and have had
three successful exchanges.  We have 3 children (8-13yrs) so we must
travel during school holidays. Exchange can be non-simultaneous.  We
are primarily interested in beaches, wine country, mexico etc.   We
also have a Truckee, CA mountain vacation home near North Lake Tahoe
that sleeps up to 10 people..
