$125/Cleaning Fee will be taken from deposit.

Balance of Security Deposit will be returned in 30 days after 
departure.  Agreement will stipulate further fees if damage/loss to 
property occurs.


Approved pets require an additional $100 Security Deposit, plus 
negotiated pet surcharge.
