Aptos is a small, attractive beach town, with many shops, restaurants, 
theater, beaches, fishing pier, and close to redwood hiking, bicycling 
paths, kayaking, surfing, museums, coastal and mtn sightseeing. Ten 
minute drive to Santa Cruz. Easy 30 minute drive to Monterey & Big Sur 
coast, and 1 hour drive to San Francisco. Thirty miles from San Jose 
Airport. 

Rates are:  May - September = $160 per night; $1,000 per week
            Oct - April = $135 per night; $700 per week
Security deposit = $250 with rental agreement. Full rent due 2 weeks 
before visit.  Cleaning fee: $50 for 1 week; $35 for 2-3 days
