Our *award winning lakefront vacation rental and B&B property is 
located just 4 miles from the airport,and 10-15 minutes from 
downtown Anchorage and most major area attractions. Enjoy year-round

VACATION RENTAL LODGING
Rates include lodging, full kitchen, maid service at the end of your 
stay (daily service can be arranged),living and dining area, private 
bath, and private lake view deck.  The two bedroom lakeview unit has 
laminate flooring and tile in all areas except the bedrooms which 
are carpeted.  There is no smoking inside any of our units.  This 
unit can sleep up to 8 guests.  There is a queen bed in the master 
bedroom, a twin + trundle in the second bedroom, a queen size Murphy 
bed in the living room, a full size futon with a spring sleeping 
mattress in the living room, and an additional couch with two 
recliners.

Pets are considered on a case by case basis and require a deposit 
and prior approval.

for all of your optional day trips, tours, and other travel
