You will be very cozy in this lock-out rental unit with all of the 
comforts of home.  Enjoy radiant heated floors, a flat-panel LCD TV 
with satellite including HBO, TIVO, and a DVD player.  The studio 
has it's own gas fireplace and a kitchenette with a microwave, 
coffee maker, toaster, and small refrigerator.

Our rental unit is part of a private home - you will reap the 
rewards of having the owners nearby for any questions or needs you 
may have.

Parking can be a bear in Old Town, but when you stay in our studio 
you have your own radiant-heated (yes, outdoors!) off-street parking 
pad.

Walk to skiing!!  You will find that after just a short walk up two 
flights of the 'City Steps' you are on the Quit'n Time run of Park 
City Mountain Resort.  From there, you will ski a very short 
distance down to the Town Lift where you can begin your fabulous day 
of skiing in world-famous Park City.

Main Street is an even shorter walk - down only one flight of 'City 
Steps'.  Some of our guests have mentioned that our location is 
wonderful because we are so close to Main Street, yet just far 
enough away from the noise and traffic.  On Main you will find many 
quaint stores, galleries, coffee shops and highly acclaimed 
restaurants.

Our regular nightly rate is $175/night - exceptions are listed below:

Dec.16 - Jan.2.....$220/night
Jan.18 - Jan.28....$275/night
Feb.13 - Feb.21....$200/night
Apr.1  - Apr. 30...$100/night
May 1  - Nov. 30...$90/night  

We do not have any hidden cleaning fees, etc... these rates include 
everything.  Minimum stays requested during high seasons.

We are open to the possibility of an exchange.  This could be for 
the studio only, or for the entire house.  Please do not hesitate to
