Two 2 bedroom, 1 bath cottages located 1 block from the center of 
Oahu's best beach, in a completely fenced, private, spacious yard.

Kalama Cottage sleeps 4 adults on two queen size beds.  The larger 
bedroom has plenty of room for another twin size bed, or a couple of 
cribs for younger children.

Kalapawai Cottage sleeps up to 8.The 2 roomy bedrooms have queen 
size beds, and the spacious, bright living room offers 2 exceedingly 
comfortable full size futon style sofa/beds.

There is plenty of room outside for cooking, dining, and playing, or 
just soaking up the sun

There is no smoking allowed in the Cottages!

All bedrooms in both cottages have air conditioning for those extra 
warm nights. Most rooms also have ceiling fans.

Both cottages are fully equipped with all you need for a short or 
extended stay. Full sized ranges and ovens (gas in Kalapawai, elec 
in Kalama), large refrigerators and freezers, microwave ovens, 
toasters, coffe makers, etc.  If there's a small appliance you find 
you need,but isn't provided, we'll get it for you.

Each Cottage has a its own full size washing machine and full size 
dryer.
 
Of course, there are  tvs, dvds, vcrs, cdplayer, radios. 

Walk to the beach in less than 5 minutes, or the center of Kailua 
town in 15.  It's a leisurely 15 minute walk along the beach to wind 
surfing and kite boarding lessons, kayak rentals, famed Kalapawai 
Market with great coffee and snacks(its a local hang-out for early 
risers) beach wear shops, water sports equipment rentals, fast food, 
great walk-in medical care and more.

Cottages available on a Month to Month basis at $2,900.00 per month 
and up.  Leases of 6 months and longer may be discounted.  Please
