The beach and ocean are only steps away (about 40-50 yards to the
boardwalk). The interior and exterior are gorgeous and large: 4,000
air-conditioned square feet of marbled floor, 500 square feet of
decks, four full baths and two half-baths. Pool, ping pong, and
foosball. TV's available in each bedroom. Watch the sailboats from
the balconies in the kitchen or master bedroom. A 50" HDTV in the
Great Room / Kitchen will entertain you when outdoor activities have
worn youout. The kitchen has granite countertops along with Sub-Zero
and Viking appliances. The house has nice touches such as granite
sills, elevator, and crown molding even in the well-equiped laundry
room. A stainless steel gas grill is located on the deck off of the
kitchen. The 1st floor bedroom has a king size bed, private full
bath, walk-in closet, and separate entrance to the side yard. The 2nd
floor bedroom has a queen size bed, walk-in closet, and full bath. The
3rd floor has the master suite with a king size bed, an elliptial for
exercise, large private bath with Jacuzzi tub, dressing area, shower,
and balcony. The 3rd floor also has a large bedroom with a kid's bunk
bed, full-size bed and private bath (shower but no tub).
Sorry but no discounts for stays less than 2 weeks, no more than 3
vehicles, and not more than 10 guests/visitors during entire stay.
