Attractive & Immaculate  2 bedroom Rancher on a quiet street in 
beautifulBrigantine. 
Our home has Central Air, Washer/Dryer, and a fenced in 
back yard with a large Deck and Gas Grill.  Both bedrooms have queen 
size beds.  The living area has a queen-size pull out sofa. Our home 
sleeps 4-6 people. 
Brigantine is a small island and our home is centrally 
located within just blocks to many conveniences; such as, Wawa, CVS, 
Ritas, Laguna Grill with it's Ocean Front dining, Andres Italian 
Restaurant and Pizza, The Brass Monkey Cafe, The Bagel Factory, The 
Root Beer Barrel Surf Shop, and a bike rental.  We are only a few 
minutes stroll to both the Bay and the Beach.  We rent only to 
families and mature adults.  We are sorry, but we do not accept pets 
or smoking.

Brigantine also offers crabbing and fishing off the dock on the Bay 
and also surf fishing. Charters and boat rentals are also available. 
We are only a few minutes stroll to both the Bay and the Beach.  
Also, there is Historic Atlantic City with it's famous Boardwalk and 
Casinos, offering you fine dining and headline entertainment with 
it's concerts, shows, comedy clubs and fun pier on the boardwalk. 
There is also Atlantic City's new beautiful new Outlet Walk, 
featuring such names as Tommy Hilfiger, Gap, Nautica, Coach, etc. 
Back in Brigantine, for the kids there is "Shark Park" and a new 
miniature golf.  Don't forget Brigantine's own "Links" Golf Course 
located in the North End.  Come to Brigantine...and Relax. 

Our rentals are from Saturday-Saturday.
May-$995; June-$1195; July & August-$1295.

We require a 50% deposit with a signed lease to reserve the 
property. The balance of the rent, plus a $250 security deposit is 
due no later than 2 weeks prior to check in.
