Manahttan. A real New York apartment! The apartment is on the 
fifth floor of a small walk-up building.  Close to EVERYTHING 
midtown has to offer: The theatre district is one block away, the 
subways are a 5 minute walk and you have over 50 restaurants within 
one block!

Since it is my home, it has everything you will need for a short 
stay in the city.  I only rent it when I travel, so you are getting 
a fully-furnished home.

The area I live in is called 'Hell's Kitchen.'  Sounds bad (and 20 
years ago it WAS bad), but now it's one of the hottest areas in the 
city and VERY safe. Walk out my door and you are literally one block 
to most Broadway theatres.  The famous "Restaurant Row' is about 50 
feet from my building, and Times Square is two blocks away.  Most 
major subway lines are a 5-10 minute walk and you are so close to 
Rockefeller Center, Columbus Circle, Central Park - everything 
midtown Manhattan has to offer.  

NOTE: There is LIMITED availability. My website details the dates 
available.  You MUST be willing to take all or most of the dates 
available.  1-2 night stays cannot be accommodated.

The fee is $250/night for 1-2 persons and $280/night for 3-4 
persons. Prices higher during holiday weekend/weeks. There is a $200-
400 security fee (depends on length of stay) and this is fully 
refundable (provided you meet the terms and conditions of our 
agreement).

NO MORE THAN FOUR PERSONS ALLOWED IN THE APARTMENT.

Payment IN FULL is required to secure the apartment. Payment can be 
made via Paypal on my website. As an alternative, you can use   
Visa, Mastercard or Amex through the same Paypal link on my website.
