cottage is four houses from the sand, the ocean, and the boardwalk! 

From the full service kitchen, hardwood floors and front patio, it 
is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the smells and sounds of the 
Pacific. Enjoy your sunset view from the dining room or from the 
couch in the living room. There are also restaurants, a supermarket, 
a unique variety of retail shops and surfboard/bike rentals less 
than a block away. The Mission Beach Cottage is located closer to 
the Ocean then comparable vacation rental properties claim to be. 
You will enjoy having your own private attached garage, meaning you 
won’t have to fight like the rest for Mission Beaches scarce parking 
spaces. 

What makes this location unique is that it is within walking 
distance to all that the beach community has to offer. Catch a game 
at Moondoggies Sports Bar & Grill, or the Wavehouse and watch a 
surfer ride their 20 foot wave. Lahainas is also a classic local 
hangout right on the sand just get there by sunset! 

Massage Anyone? The nearby Catamaran Resort Hotel located right 
across the street offers a world class spa as well as sail boat 
rentals, live music and a fabulous brunch on Sundays! A short ride 
in the car will get you to any number of the numerous attractions 
San Diego has to offer, including; Sea World, San Diego Zoo, Balboa 
Park, Old Town, Petco Park, Charger Stadium, Airport and The Gaslamp 
District, just to name a few. With miles of boardwalk and beach, the 
only limitation will be your imagination! Fine dining is just north 
of Crystal Pier at Jordans in the upper scale Tower 23 Hotel famous 
for its great seafood and steaks or maybe somewhere more casual, 
like Gringos Mexican restaurant where you can sip on a giant 
margarita as the sun goes down. With La Jolla less than five minutes 
up Mission Blvd., forget the rest and go for the best, with 5 star 
dining, clothing boutiques, world renowned jewelers, and some of 
Southern California's best snorkeling. You are sure to enjoy your 
stay. 

During the Summer, stroll across Mission Boulevard. To the bayside 
and have an evening picnic while waiting for the fireworks, nightly 
at 9:50 pm. Or maybe take a bike ride to historic Belmont park, and
