Weekends 2 night minimum. $700 for 5 nights, $1000 for 7 nights. $75 cleaning fee. $300 refundable security deposit required. $100 additional deposit for pets. 50% deposit required to book home. Must book 3 nights on holiday weekends. Price may increase on Holiday weekends and summer months.
