A villa with a cottage feel, 458 Golf Shore sits quietly on the 18th 
fairway of the Ocean Winds golf course with a view of the 10th 
fairway of Ocean Winds. It has 1,357 square feet, two bedrooms, two 
baths, dining/great room, enclosed sunroom, completely furnished 
kitchen and many other amenities. It is located conveniently to 
Pelican Beach and the Beach Club. Access to the Seabrook Island Club 
is included with our villa.

Seabrook Island is a private, 2,200 acre island located just 30 
minutes south of historic Charleston on South Carolina's beautiful 
Atlantic Coast. Seabrook has more than three miles of pristine 
beach, beautiful salt marshes and acres of lush maritime forest. 
There are no hotels or high-rise condos on the island.

In addition to beautiful beaches, the island offers two championship 
golf courses, award winning tennis, a beach club with three swimming 
pools (one heated), an equestrian center that includes beach riding 
and a full-service marina village complete with shops, restaurants, 
nature tours, plus onshore and offshore fishing. Access to all 
Seabrook Island Club facilities available with the rental of this 
unit.

Swimming Pools
The Beach Club pools are open from dawn to dusk with 
extended hours of 7 a.m. - 9 p.m. from Memorial Day through Labor 
Day.

Our pool complex features a junior Olympic size lap pool, wading 
pool and a family size pool. The family pool is heated March through 
November, and the pool decks are open year-round.

Complimentary towels are available for use at the Beach Club pool 
complex with your amenity or member card. Towels are distributed on 
the pool deck during the summer months and at the Recreation 
Pavilion the rest of the year. 


Pelican Beach
Located on the south end of the island, Pelican Beach is adjacent to 
Seabrook Island’s beach club facilities. Pelican Beach serves as a 
backdrop for outdoor events, weddings, sunbathing and spectacular 
sunsets over the North Edisto River Inlet. 

North Beach
One of the widest beaches in the Carolinas, North Beach captures the 
essence of privacy that residents and visitors treasure. Soft, 
rolling dunes give way to a vast expanse of sand that gradually dips 
into the Atlantic Ocean. An ongoing beach management program 
maintains the beauty and size of the beach, as well as a pristine 
environment for wildlife, like the loggerhead turtles, which depend 
on the perfect waterside setting for nesting and ultimate survival. 

Crooked Oaks Golf Course

Described as "one of his best", designer Robert Trent Jones, Sr. 
came to Seabrook to create his "hard par-easy bogey" course. This 
6,832 yard course with rolling fairways, weaves through moss 
covered, stately live oaks and thick forest. 

Ocean Winds Golf Course

A 6,805 yard, par 72 course that takes you to the Atlantic Ocean. 
Named for its swirling breezes, Ocean Winds provides an ever 
changing test for the golfer. It was designed by Willard Byrd

Tennis
Seabrook offers a lot more than court time. Take advantage of 
lessons and clinics with our tennis pros. Weekly round robins 
provide friendly partners, and our game-matching service uses the 
NTRP system to find players of similar ability. Register in the Pro 
Shop or call ahead, and they will have your matches arranged before 
you arrive. 

The Equestrian Center
The Equestrian Center features one of the only beach rides on the 
East Coast. It caters to riders of all skill levels with guided 
trail rides, pony rides and riding lessons. The Club's Equestrian 
Center at Seabrook Island helps define the unique lifestyle enjoyed 
by island residents.

Private Lessons Available from our professional Equestrian 
Staff. Advance reservations are required. 

Fitness Center 
Tone up at our fully-equipped Fitness Center which has treadmills, 
cycle trainers, stair climbers, Cybex modular strength stations, an 
Olympic bench press and Olympic free weights to work every major 
muscle group. 

It also has televisions, music and spectacular Atlantic Ocean views. 
It is located at the Recreation Pavilion. 

Open Monday through Saturday 9 am - 5 pm Sundays 10 am - 3 pm 
with extended hours from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

Other Information

During high season, rentals are from Saturday to Saturday with a 5-
day minimum. 
Minimum stay during mid season and low season is 3 days. 
There will be a cleaning charge on all rentals less than 5 
days. 
The 10-1/2% State of Seabrook and County of Charleston 
accommodations tax will be added to all rentals. 
A deposit of 25% of the total rental fee will be required upon 
booking the unit. 
The balance (rental fee, accommodations tax and cleaning fee, if 
any) must be received by the owner at least 30 days prior to 
arrival. 
There will be a full refund (rental fee, taxes, and cleaning charge, 
if any) upon cancellation at least 30 days prior to arrival.   
The deposit will be retained by the villa owner if cancellation 
occurs less than 30 days prior to arrival.  The balance of the 
rental fee, taxes, and cleaning charge (if any) will 
be refunded to the tenant. 
There is no refund of any rental or other fees or taxes on or after 
the arrival date.
