September. Daily rates with a 3-night minimum are available in the 
off-season ONLY.  
July and August rates are $750-$850/week.  
Family Week, Carnival Week , Women's Week, and Holiday Weekends are 
at a higher rate.  Please inquire for details.

For less than a full week rental, please clean unit or add $60.00 
cleaning fee.
Rental deposits are non-refundable; $200.00 security deposit is 
refundable.
