secluded 2 bedroom -1 bathroom house that is just minutes to some of 
the best clamming beaches and salmon, halibut, and trout fishing on 
the Kenai Peninsula, Alaska. Our conveniently located home is fully 
furnished with everything you need to enjoy a quiet and private 
breathtaking view of the mountains and Cook Inlet. As you sit by an 
evening campfire in the fire-pit, you may have a moose or eagle 
visitor. Imagine an entire house to yourself! It's a place perfect 
for families, couples, or friends! 

Accommodates up to 7 comfortably; entertainment center with TV, DVD 
player, CD stereo; free local calls; long distance available with 
calling card; fully equipped kitchen includes cookware, dishes, 
microwave, toaster, coffee maker, stove refrigerator/freezer; linens; 
washer & dryer, large picture windows; BBQ Grill, fishing gear, rain

Our guest home is located 5 miles south of Ninilchik's Deep Creek 
bridge, 35 minutes from Homer, and 45 minutes from Soldotna. It is 
minutes from the Happy Valley Cafe' and Lounge.

$165 per night plus 2% tax for entire house
$990 per week plus 2% tax for entire house
The above rates are for a max 7 person occupancy. Any additional 
guest is $15 extra per night.  Total house occupancy can be no larger 
than 10 guests.We accept cash or credit card (Visa, Mastercard) for 
payment but require a credit card to hold all reservations.
