sliding doors to a deck with Lake Erie view, Marina, Gas Grills, Play
Area, and in walking distance to the village of Port Clinton ( 1/4
mile or less ). Visit the draw bridge, water front on the river,
several restaurants, bars, pizza shops, fast food, gift shops,
galleries,retail stores, grocery stores, jet Express to PUT-IN-BAY,
fishing guides, jet ski rentals, and a sand beach.
This condo is nicely furnished in a nautical theme. It has central
air, gas furnace, 1 king size bed, 2 twin size beds, a sleeper sofa
and two folding cots for extra company. There are dresser drawers and
closets for storage.
Appliances include a refrigerator, oven/cook top, dish washer,
disposal, microwave, 10 cup coffee maker, coffee grinder, and a stack
washer/dryer.
The condo includes cable, 2 TV's/ remotes, 2 entertainment centers,
CD/DVD, play station, AM/FM stereo tuner, and surround sound. Both
the master and second bedrooms have bathrooms attached for added
privacy when staying with family or guests. There are attractive
ceiling fans in each room. Track and hanging halogen lighting
brighten the kitchen prep. area, which is open to the dinning and
family areas. Dim the lights in the evening to enhance the cozy
environment. Sliding glass doors open to the front deck where you can
relax and view the boats on the lake and the Erie Islands of South
Bass, green, Rattlesnake, and Catawba. Historic Perry's Monument is
in full view day and night.
Of course all utensils, cookware, flatware, china, glassware, towels,
linnens, dish washing supplies are provided. The accomodations here
are as close to home quality and comfort as you will find. Just bring
your golf clubs and sun tan lotion.

|
Short drives from the Port Clinton village will take you to Catawba
Island , where you will find Monamee Winery/ Restaurant, Catawba
Island Yacht Club/golf course, Miller Ferry Dock, classic and new
homes, and sunset views over the lake. A little longer drive to
Marblehead and you will find the unique Lake Side community, Richmond
Galleries, the famous Marblehead Light House, view of Cedar Point
roller coasters over the bay, and the historic Johnson Island,
location of the military barracks during the War of 1812. The Island
is accessable by a small bridge connecting the island to the main
land.
A little farther to the East is Huron and Vermillion, two villages
with points of interest such as the Huron public docking facility at
the city boat basin along the river entry to the marina area.
Vermillion is a New England style village, housing a Maretime Museum,
and the Vermillion Light House. Walking around the village, public
docks, restaurants, shops and the river community is an adventure.
For aviators, there are regional airports within each of these areas
and on all the Erie Islands. Landing at PUT-IN-BAY, Kelly's Island or
Middle Bass Island places you within a short walk or golf cart ride
to all tourests attractions. All the Islands are reachable by ferry,
charter boats or by flying.

A required $ 200.00 security deposite and 50% of the total rental fee
is due 60 days before the scheduled arrival date, to lock in your
reservation. The balance of payment is due 30 days prior to the
occupancy date. The security deposite will be returned in full within
one week providing the condo is left undamaged and the rental
agreement is not violated.

If you decide to rent with us, it is assured that you will realize
this rental is a good value. As owner/manager, we can offer deluxe
accomodations for a significantly lower rate than the large rental
companies who have extreme overheads to consider in their rental
structure. We are doing this to build a more personal client base who
will care for the property like their own and who will plan a return
stay with us...
