This comfortable, bright & cheery 2nd fl studio apt.(seasonal 
rental - June - Sept) (also could continue on for winter) is located 
above the garage, with a full wall of windows out to the Mill River -
 emptying across from Wingearsheek Beach. The double bed sleeps one 
or two max. Completely furn - just bring your clothes.  No extra 
storage. It is 5 minutes from Dogtown, where you can mountain bike, 
hike to Rockport, enjoy the quarries.  3 mi to town or the train 
station which takes you to Boston.   The yard is landscaped with 
flower gardens, treehouse, firepit, outdoor HOT shower, hammock, 
swings and more! Off street parking for 2 autos.

Inside access to wireless internet, cable tv, vcr, coffee 
grinder,linens, dishes, etc.  Just bring your clothes...full kitchen 
and bath.
