Our Bed and Breakfast consists of two large century homes located in 
the heart of High Park. 
We offer two types of accommodation styles: 
Traditional bed and breakfast with full vegetarian breakfast is 
offered at 92 Indian Grove, and self-contained one-bedroom suites 
with full kitchen as well as bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms/shared 
kitchen at 89 Indian Grove. 

92 Indian Grove is a charming, 1910 home located in safe residential 
neighbourhood. Just across the park, surrounded by majestic oaks and 
maples. 

Artist/Designer home completely restored with flair and all modern 
conveniences. Dark woodwork, leaded glass windows, hardwood floors, 
multiple fireplaces, luxurious bathrooms.

Guests invited to our family room for conversation, television by 
wood burning fireplace in winter months. 

Relax in large, terraced garden to the soothing sound of the 
fountain during warmer months. 

Large, full vegetarian breakfast is served in our formal dining 
room.

- Loft Suite - magnificent 1200+ square feet flat with cathedral 
ceiling, 7 skylights. This bedroom features king bed, 2 fireplaces, 
ensuite marble bathroom with air tub and glass shower; conservatory 
with sitting area overlooking the park

We are located in the beautiful High Park surrounded by majestic 
oaks and maples - just across the street from the park.    
High Park is the jewel of Toronto's park system it spans 161 
hectares (399 acres), providing a unique and unusual sense of 
wilderness within a major urban centre. 
The park, over one-third of which remains in a natural state, is 
home to many species of wildlife, including birds, fish and animals. 
Recognized as one of the most significant natural sites within the 
City of Toronto, the park contains an outstanding concentration of 
rare plant species.The oak savannahs in the park, form one of the 
most famous and admires aspects of the site. These savannahs are the 
remnants of the sand prairie system that once covered much of the 
Ontario landscape. High Park offers year-round attractions and 
amenities, including historic Colborne Lodge and the Coach House, a 
volunteer built playground, animal paddocks, sports fields, an
outdoor ice rink, and the beautifully landscaped Hillside Gardens. 
High Park is also home to the well-known Dream in High Park.

Keele subway station is located within a short 2 minute walk from 
our homes - providing an easy and fast access to downtown and 
attractions.
