restored 1930’s farm house offers our guests the best of both

Marvel at the old "hand hewn" traditional red with white 
trim “Pennsylvania Dutch style” barn, complete with 
rounded roof, weather vane & white trimmed windows.  Then step into 
our 4500 sq. ft. two-story “New England style” farmhouse.  It 
features white lap siding, red shutters & trim & a fully enclosed 
front porch with sitting area.  

The K 5 Ranch offers three guest suites.  The ROSE SUITE is a large 
spacious second story suite with luxurious winter white plush carpet 
and vaulted ceilings.  The towering windows overlook the mountains 
and lead to your private veranda.  The oak four-poster queen bed 
includes a new ultra comfortable "Beautyrest" mattress with down 
comforter & white lace duvet cover.  Crystal lamps light up the 
sitting area with "Queen Anne" chair & ottoman.  The large spacious 
bath features double sinks, jetted whirlpool bath, separate shower.  
In-room fireplace, three large closets & in-room refrigerator filled 
with your favorites.  Brand new flat screen LCD TV, DVD, VCR, CD 
stereo & wireless internet!!  Your own private hot tub is located 
just out on the large private deck overlooking the mountains!  

The REFLECTIONS SUITE is our main floor suite also with luxurious 
winter white plush carpet featuring an oak four-poster queen bed 
with a new ultra comfortable "Beautyrest" mattress with down 
comforter & a plethora of pillows.  Beveled mirrors, crystal lamps & 
recessed lighting show off the interior while the sliding glass door 
opens to your private deck with hot tub and seating area.  
Comfortable 'Terry' bathrobes, slippers & deck shoes are yours to 
use while using the Hot Tub.  Huge walk-in closets are next to your 
private in-room bath containing double sinks & jetted whirlpool 
bath.  Brand new flat screen TV, DVD, VCR, CD player & wireless 
internet are yours to enjoy. 

ALEX'S RETREAT is our room we have available for guests traveling 
with family or friends. The room is furnished with an ultra-
comfortable queen sized bed, flat screen TV, DVD, VCR, CD, your own 
personal COMPUTER and includes our fabulous breakfast for 2.  This 
room is significantly less as it does not have it's own bathroom and 
requires the sharing of facilities with one of the other suites.  

Homemade crisp Belgian waffles topped with fresh fruit, "Dutch 
Babies", Country egg & corn soufflé are just some specialties 
prepared for your full Country style breakfast.
 
Almost 2000 CD’s, DVD movies & VHS movies are available for your use 
while here at the "Ranch".

Traveling with your horse, we've got a place for 'em!!

Located at the North Fork of the Coeur d'Alene River, with world-
Class skiing is just down the road from the "Ranch" at Silver 
Mountain Ski & Summer Resort.  During the spring & summer, enjoy 
downhill mountain biking from atop the mountain, after a gondola 
ride, and summer concerts!!  Lookout Ski area is just 30 minutes 
away.

We offer 'Bike & Stay packages while riding the fabulous Trail of 
the Coeur d'Alenes or the Famous Hiawatha Trail.  Free 
transportation for you & your bikes as well as a secured building to 
keep your bikes.  We even have a workshop & tools available for 
repair.  

Over 30 golf courses are in the immediate area with 18 holes 
starting at $15.00!!

Trout fishing, rafting, boating & camping at the Coeur d'Alene River.

We have tickets to Silverwood Theme Park featuring 'Tremors' the 
underground rollercoaster and 60 other attractions & water park.  

Visit the Historic town of Wallace, ID where every building is a 
registered historical landmark.  The movie 'Dante's Peak' was filmed 
there!

K 5 Ranch is open year round with prices from $169.50 to $189.50 
plus tax.  Our "Romantic Getaway" special starts at $379.00 and 
includes 2 nights, special card, gift, sparkling beverage & $40.00 
certificate to one of our fine dining establishments.

Weekly rates are discounted significantly to $999.00 - $1150.00 & 
each morning awake to a full Country Breakfast including our full 
coffee / tea bar & "Bottomless" Cookie jar!!

The famous Kingston 5 Ranch Bed & Breakfast Inn is now for sale.  
Established in 1993, this B & B is beautifully and tastefully 
decorated with all new furniture, beds and bedding, front load 
washer and dryer, silverware, china & hot tubs.  A 2 bedroom, 2 
bathroom loft is currently being constructed  as well as a 
helicopter landing pad.  

The K5 Ranch comes fully TURN-KEY including all furniture, china, 
original artwork, 8 TV's, 6 refrigerators, brand new Kirby vacuum, 
website, business paraphernalia, computers, full-size Chevy truck,
