Three story, custom home built on a private, wooded hillside located 
on Schuss Mountain within the Shanty Creek Resort; minutes from 
either The Summit or Cedar River Villages. The home has five 
bedrooms, a large loft, and four-and-a-half baths, easily 
accommodating 16-18 people. 

The upper level of the home sleeps seven in two bedrooms and a loft 
and two full baths. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has 
two sets of twin bunk beds. The large loft has a very comfortable 
day bed. 

The main level of the home has the master bedroom with a queen bed, 
and master bath (including jetted tub, and separate large marble 
shower). There is also a 1/2 bath off the main living area. All 
bathrooms in the home have heated floors. There is a stunning full 
kitchen, a vaulted dining area with seating for ten, and a 
breathtaking vaulted living area with a wood-burning fireplace 
overlooking the ski hill.

The walkout level sleeps up to nine. The fourth bedroom has a nice 
iron queen size bed and the fifth bedroom will accommodate five more 
in two sets of log bunk beds. One of the log bunk beds is built-in 
with an over sized full size bed in a "loft" over the lower bunk. 
There is also an exceptionally comfortable futon in the living area. 
This level has one full bath. All of the floors in the walkout level 
are heated! You haven’t lived until you have walked on heated floors 
barefoot! This is not your average “lower level”; there are 10 foot 
ceilings and about 16 feet of windows looking out on the ski hill 
and surrounding woods! Just on the other side of Schuss Mountain is 
the new Tom Weiskopf designed Cedar River Golf Course. 

The total home sleeps up to eighteen in thirteen individual beds:
3 queens, 8 twins, 1 full futon sleeper sofa and 1 full size loft.
