Our Bed and Breakfast is located in the heart of High Park just 150m 
from Keele subway station and a fast ride to the city centre. 

We offer various types of accommodation styles: 
Traditional bed and breakfast with full, home cooked vegetarian 
breakfast, self-contained one-bedroom suite with full kitchen as well 
as bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms/shared kitchenettes.  

One bedroom suite come totally furnished and equipped including a 
bedroom, kitchen, living/dining room and a private bathroom. Prepare 
your own breakfast or have one at our dining room at $8+taxes per 
person per day. Maximum 4 people. Children of all ages welcomed.(no 
host/guest pets in the house)

Bedrooms with ensuite bathroom/shared kitchen are located on 2nd, 3rd 
floor and basement and are equiped with all dishes, TV, small fridge, 
all linens and towels. No breakfast included. Maximum double 
occupancy. Children of all ages welcomed.(No host/guest pets in the 
house)
  

Traditional B&B - 2nd &3rd floor suites with private or shared 
bathroom. No kitchen facility available fot guests. Breakfast 
included. Maximum double occupancy per suite. Children over 10 years 
old welcomed.(2 cats on the premises)

IN INDEPENDENT ACCOMONDATION:

* Renovated kitchenettes with stove or hot plate, fridge (in rooms), 
microwave and other small appliances. 


ALL SUITES:

* Renovated - private and shared bathrooms with tub/shower or shower 
only.
* Shampoo/conditione/soap supplied.

* We provide you with fresh towels every third day, daily houskeeping 
at B&B and one per week suite cleaning for independent 
accomondations. 

* Cable tv, dvd player, high speed wireless internet (not available 
in basement suites).


* Free parking available - must be requested at the time of the 
reservation.

We are located in the beautiful High Park surrounded by majestic 
oaks and maples - just across the street from the park.    
High Park is the jewel of Toronto's park system it spans 161 
hectares (399 acres), providing a unique and unusual sense of 
wilderness within a major urban centre. 
The park, over one-third of which remains in a natural state, is 
home to many species of wildlife, including birds, fish and animals. 
Recognized as one of the most significant natural sites within the 
City of Toronto, the park contains an outstanding concentration of 
rare plant species.The oak savannahs in the park, form one of the 
most famous and admires aspects of the site. These savannahs are the 
remnants of the sand prairie system that once covered much of the 
Ontario landscape. High Park offers year-round attractions and 
amenities, including historic Colborne Lodge and the Coach House, a 
volunteer built playground, animal paddocks, sports fields, an
outdoor ice rink, and the beautifully landscaped Hillside Gardens. 
High Park is also home to the well-known Dream in High Park.

Keele subway station is located within a short 2 minute walk from 
our homes - providing an easy and fast access to downtown and 
attractions.

Village with their unique collection of shops, restaurants and 
services.

One bedroom suite (single/double occupancy):
1 night - $150/night
2-6 nights - $135/night
7+ nights - $128.25
Child under 3 years of age $20 - 1 time charge 
Child 3+ or extra person (2 max) $25 each.
 
Bedrooms with kitchenettes:
- basement level $70 single $80 double per night.
- 2nd and 3rd floor $85 single $100 double for bedrooms with queen or 
2 twin beds; $90 single $105 double for bedrooms with a king bed.
Maximum double occupancy/max 1 child under 3yers of age.

Traditional B&B:
- suites with ensuite bathrooms $125-215 single $140-215 per night
- suites with shared bathroom $95-100 single $110-115 double per 
night.
