Pappy's Paradise Bed & Breakfast has a charming cabin that is the 
perfect place for relaxing and enjoying nature.  It is a rustic two 
story cedar cabin with a large front porch complete with porch 
swing.  There is one bedroom with a queen size bed and a sleeping 
loft that has a double bed and a day bed.  The living/kitchen has a 
pot bellied stove, sofa-sleeper and a fully furnished kitchen.  The 
bath has a claw foot tub and a walk-in shower.  The furnishings have 
the hunter and fisherman in mind.   

"The Cabin" has Dish T.V. a duck pond stocked with fish, and a 
paddle boat for our guest's enjoyment.  There is also a hiking 
trail, golf cart,and playground, Lenins, dishes and utencils, and 
towels are furnished.  A continental style breakfast is provided in 
the cabin as well as snacks, drinks and bottled water.  There is a 
gas grill, picnic table and fire pit along with horse shoes avaiable 
for guests.

Pappy's Paradise is located one mile from Paradise Cove and two 
miles to Mill Creek Marina on beautiful Lake Texoma. Pappy's 
Paradise is only fifteen miles from Denison, Texas which is known 
for its numerous antique stores and art galleries.  Hagerman 
Wildlife Refuge which is nationally known for it's many varieties of 
birds is only four miles away.

Daily rates for "The Cabin" is $125, weekly rates are $750 and 
monthly rates are $2500 plus a 6% hotel tax fee.  For monthly rates, 
no food is provided.  Reservations may be secured with a valid Visa, 
Master Card or Discovery Card.  We have a 48 hour cancelation policy 
for nightly stays, a two week policy for weekly and monthly stays. 
If cancelation is made after those dates, a fee of one nights stay 
will be charged. Any damaged to the property will be charged to the 
guest's bill.
