Bedrooms are on second floor. Dog friendly.  Both have well-equipped 
kitchens. DW's W/D's, VCR's & CDC's We furnish bedding, linens, soap, 
paper goods. Beds are made up for your arrival convenience. JUST RELAX 
AND ENJOY!    

Direct, fabulous views of the ever-changing ocean. Secluded,down and 
away from Hwy 101. Paths to explore the shrubs and flowers. Make your 
own flower arrangements. Truly a human (and dog's) paradise!

Close to shopping and antique stores in Waldport and Newport, and lots 
of coastal attractions. Three cities within half-hour drive either way 
on Hwy 101.
Dining, fishing, crabbing, golf, etc.--and walk-walk-walking the beach, 
searching for agates.

 WINTER RATE $165 PER NIGHT      SPRING RATE $170 PER NIGHT
   
 SUMMER RATE $195 PER NIGHT.       Plus $75 cleaning fee.
 
Dog rate for AFRAME  is $10 per dog per night (max of 3))
. 
A security deposit OF $250 by separate check will be required of
first-timers, 
          which  will be returned, if no damages.

A deposit of one-half the rent is required within 7 days to hold the 
      reservation. The balance is required before occupancy.
