Rates listed are for two guests. Each additional guest is $35 per
night. 14 to 60 day cancellation period and cancellation fee of $25
to $50 based on season, special events, weddings and number of homes
reserved. Reservations cancelled before the cancellation period are
totally refunded minus the cancellation fee. Reservations cancelled
within the cancellation period are charged ONLY if the reservation
cannot be rebooked. In this case, a raincheck is offered and is
available for one year based on availability and season.
