bathroom; and a second sink outside the bathroom is available for 
one guest to "get ready".  All bathroom countertops are a beautiful 
green/black granite! A hair dryer, plus hair and body products are 
provided.

Red Pine is the largest "resort complex" in Park City. With 2 
swimming pools and 1 wading pool, adult swim hours, and one pool 
heated all winter long; with an oversized indoor hot tub (plus an 
all new outdoor tub to be installed summer of 2006); sauna, changing 
room, laundry facilities, tennis and volleyball courts, walk to the 
Farmer's Market held each Wednesday, or free concerts at the Canyons 
each Saturday night. Close to Outlet Mall and grocery shopping, and 
on the free transit route! 

Club house may be rented for parties of up to 35 people!

Rates vary per season:
Regular winter rates: $195 per night
Holiday winter rates: $250 per night
  Christmas, New Years, Sundance, MLK, President's weekend.
Low season (prior to Dec 15 and after April 1st) $150 per night.
Summer nightly $100
Summer monthly $850
Summer monthly does not include cleaning fee assessed by 
professional cleaning service. ($60).
Taxes are 9.35%
Stays of less than 5 nights incur a cleaning surcharge of $60.
Cleaning included in stays of 5 nights or more.
Additional cleanings may be scheduled at the above fee.
All holiday stays must be 7 nights or more, except MLK and 
Pres.,where a 5 night min is required.

Condo will be available for sale by owner only at the end of the 
2006-2007 ski season. $299,999 asking price. This is one of the few
