crayons. This early 1920's, 2 bedroom cottage is situated on 5
acres. Secluded country setting located in the city.
Perfect for special getaways, such as girls nite out, family
retreats, etc.
Fully furnished, 1 queen bed is in master bedroom. 2nd BR is large
and has a comfortable bunkbed that sleeps two. Fresh linens, and
towels provided. Washer & Dryer.
Living Room has TV,with DVD/VHS.
Country kitchen and bath. Small game room hosts board games, books,
and cd stereo. Step back in time, to dance and spin some of
our 'oldies but goodies' on the stereo and record player.
Outdoors you'll find a deck, grill, and picnic tables.
Play horseshoe, croquet, scrabble, puzzles, cards, or just relax on
the deck.
Relax in the early morning -- late night on the porch with some
coffee or late night tea, and enjoy the deer and wildlife, within
feet.
Kitchen is fully eqipped with coffee maker, fridge, oven, and
microwave. I stock it with coffee, tea, and some night time
snacks. If you want to cook or grill out,a grocery is nearby.
Just steps to Fishermans Park, for many beautiful fishing ponds, or
a peaceful evening stroll.
Horseback riding and stables available nearby.
Just 20 minutes to Churchill Downs, Downtown Louisville, and
Louisville Slugger Field. Hurstbourne Restaurant Row is close by.
