Rental weeks run from Sunday to Sunday.  Check-in time is 5:00PM and 
check-out time is 12:00 Noon.  Pets of any kind are not allowed on 
the premises.

High Season Rates (June 4-September 3):$1850/week
Some weekends available in early June: $1200/weekend 
Memorial Day & Labor Day (3 nights/4 day stay): $1200/weekend 
Off-season Rates: $1200/week, $800/weekend

Thanksgiving Special (November 22 - November 26): $1500
Christmas Special (December 22 - December 26): $1500 
New Year's Special - 8 person limit (December 29-January 1): $1200

All of the above rates include a $100 cleaning fee.

Any other stays during the off-season require a 2 night minimum at 
$200/night.  A cleaning fee will be assessed based on the length of 
your stay.
