Eagle Crest Townhouse Condo located on the Deschutes River on the
Resort side of Eagle Crest. Our condo has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and
will sleep up to 8 guests with 1 queen bed in the master, 1 queen bed
in a second bedroom, 2 twin beds in the third, and a queen sleeper
sofa in the living room.

The living room has all new furniture including a queen sleeper sofa,
two oversized leather chairs, and a large leather ottoman. There is
also a CD player, a color TV with cable, VCR, DVD, and a gas
fireplace. Additionally, there is also a nice window seat to enjoy the
view of the beautiful Deschutes River.
The spacious master suite has a walk-in closet, a master bath with a
shower, a jetted tub and a two sink vanity. The master suite also
features a color TV and a small stereo. French doors lead to a private
deck over-looking the Deschutes River.
The fully appointed kitchen has a center island, a mini bar with
separate sink, a 6 person table and two barstools.
The large private deck has a new hot tub, a gas BBQ, two lounge
chairs, and two patio sets. The deck faces the spectacular Deschutes
River. The views from the deck are absolutely breathtaking!

7% Deschutes county room tax on rent and the cleaning fee and a 1%
tourism tax on rent only are in addition to nightly and weekly rates.
One night deposit is due within 10 days to hold your reservation
If deposit is not received within 10 days your reservation is
automatically cancelled.
Remaining balance of rent plus security deposit and cleaning fee is
due 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations 14 days or less, one night deposit is non-refundable.
