   Enjoy your vacation at this cozy cabin in a resort setting on the 
south shore of Southwest Michigan’s beautiful Gun Lake. A perfect 
little getaway for those who love the outdoors, anytime of the 
year.  Located in the Heart of the Yankee Springs Recreational Area 
surrounded by 13,000 acres of the Barry County State Game Area.

   This 2 bedroom, 1 bath, year-round cabin sleeps 6. 1 bedroom with 
full size bed. 2nd bedroom with full size bunk beds. Nice beach and 
swim area with dock space for your boat and/or Jet Ski. You do have 
to cross Marsh Rd to access lake. Common area on resort grounds 
include fire pit. picnic table, and swing set.

     Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, coffee maker, toaster, 
table service for 8, assorted cooking utensils, pots and pans. 
     Color tv w/ remote, outdoor gas grill, window A/C unit, natural 
gas wall heater.  
     Pillows, blankets and mattress pads provided. Bring your own 
beach towels. 
     Parking space is limited to 2 vehicles only. No more than 6 
overnight guests. No pets. No smoking inside the cabin.

Security deposit of 50% of the rental fee is required to confirm 
reservation. 
 
Deposits must be received 15 days prior to your arrival date. 
 
Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE unless we are able to re-rent your 
dates.
