movie library (for rainy days. Sorry, no cable available in our 
area).  Property is 2/3 acre with private beach lot.  Each bedroom 
has double bed and there is a futon couch and chair which become a 
queen size and single futon bed for 3 additional sleeping spots. 

The Bershires area has numerous cultural activities available during 
the Summer and Fall including dance, theater, movies and musuems all 
of which are very close by.  Many hiking trails and biking 
available.  Great shopping at Lee outlet mall.  Renters have access 
to the sandy Monterey town beach, also on Lake Garfield 

Two hours from Boston, 21/2 hours from New York City.  Located near 
Stockbride, Lee, Great Barrington.
