This privately owned property is located on Cranberry Resort, a four 
season golf resort in Collingwood, Ontario. You have access to all 
amenities on the resort for a small daily, weekly, monthly or 
seasonal fee. In the summer, childrens'programs are offered along
with a wide range of adult activites. Book early to avoid
disappointment. To view resort At home you
can relax on your wrap around deck facing Georgian Bay and enjoy a BBQ
while watching the sunset.

One indoor pool with whirlpool, exercise facility, games room, 
billiard tables, pinball machines, recreation centre with cable TV 
and videos, 2 outdoor pools, golfing, tennis, horseback riding, 
snowmobiling and cross-country skiing in the winter.  There is also 
a Restaurant, a Bar, and a Marina at the resort.  

Jazz and Blues and music festivals, Canada's largest Elvis Presley 
festival at the end of July, Arts and Theatre festivals, boat races in
Wasaga Beach on Georgian Bay, the world's largest soft water beaches
in the world, Intrawest Village at Blue Mountain, Ontario's largest ski 
area for great skiing and downhill biking in the winter and also for 
a wonderful shopping, spa and dining experience anytime.  The Bruce
Trail is at your doorstep and offers caves to explore, walking, hiking
and mountain biking.  Golfing is superb and there are many small towns 
to discover and beautiful beaches to stroll along.

Could trade for Portugal, France, England, California or elsewhere for
similar accommodations near sea/ocean.  Collingwood, Ontario, Canada
is a lovely town on Georgian Bay.  We vacation in August and Feb.,
March or April. We are nearing 50 and have 2 teenagers a cat and dog
who we'd love to bring or could leave in good hands only. We could
make a vehicle and/or 19' bowrider available if interested in a
vacation in Barrie, Ontario where we reside permanently.  We are two
minutes to yacht club and beach.
