This lovely beach cottage has a large, private yard with BBQ grill, 
hot tub, and lots of wildlife.  View of the Chesapeake Bay from 
dining table as well as rear patio.  Lovely beach for walking, 
searching for fosill shark's teeth or shells and just relaxing.  
Close proximity to Solomons Island for some of the best restaurants 
on the Eastern Seaboard.  1 Bedroom with Queen size bed and 1 with 
3/4 bed.  Futon in livingroom.  Sleeps 3 - 5.  This home welcomes 
children of all ages.

TV, DVD, Microwave, CD player, Toaster, Coffee maker, washer/dryer, 
Refrigerator, Range, BBQ Grill, hot tub, fully air conditioned.  
There is no dishwasher so bring paper plates if you don't like 
washing dishes!

Kayaking, sailing, fishing, swimming, motor boating, and any water 
activity is available just a few steps out the front door on Long 
Beach.  There is also the Calvert Marine Museum with it's many 
children's hands on activities.  Flag Pond Nature Preserve, 
Jefferson Patterson Park, Cypress Swamp, Sotterly Plantation, and 
many more attractions are a short drive from the house.  Solomons 
Island is a few minutes south and has award winning restaurants, a 
boradwalk complete with shops and an ice cream shack and sailboats 
galore!

Weekly rental is            $950.00 
Damage deposit required of  $400.00
This damage deposit is fully refundable if ther is no damage

Cancellation policy:  30 days prior to arrival - full refund
                   15-29 days prior to arrival - $250.00 fee
                   7-14 days prior to arrival  - $400.00 fee
                   less than 7 days notice -  forfeit deposit
