On its own private beach,  this house is the ultimate getaway, yet 
close enough to "civilization" to offer many other distractions.  It 
is 3 miles to THE ROSE (an excellent mid-Michigan golf course);  5 
miles to Leroy;  10 miles to Marion;  and 20 miles to Cadillac, 
Michigan.    You can bring your own boat, or rent our pontoon for 
excellent fishing and water sports.  In the autumn,  it is within 2 
miles of excellent hunting;  in the winter, it is within 5 miles to 
the Pere Marquette snowmobiling trails.  

Pets are welcome (for an extra fee).

Mount Pleasant, Manistee and Traverse City (with their casinos and 
other attractions) are within 45 minutes.
