Description
|
|
This condo is a wonderful 2BR+2BA vacation escape on the Big Island
of Hawaii. Many New features including: inside and outside tile,
beds and furniture, Microwave oven, pictures, beds and nearby
plantings.
This large one story rental comes with golf course, ocean
and coastal views. This complex is located on the 9th fairway of our
very own 18 hole championship golf course designed by Robert Trent
Jones. Gorgeous sunsets and cool breezes will likely be regular
features of your stay. Master Bedroom has no upstairs neighbor!
We are located just a few miles from some of the finest beaches on
the island. This includes the award winning Hapuna Beach. Turtles
can be found frolicking in the water at many
nearby beaches. We are walking distance from the Waikoloa Highlands
Shopping Center where you can find restaurants, the best equipped
grocery store in this area, ATM, video rentals, bank, post office,
medical facilities, pharmacy, and several shops.
Whether you're looking for a super golf vacation (there are 6 more
golf courses within 15 minutes), a romantic getaway, or a family-
friendly, activity-filled celebration, we've got what you want. Our
home away from home offers comfort, convenience, and luxurious
quality at an affordable price.
For diving, snorkeling or more active pursuits, don’t hesitate to
ask for quality guidance in planning your stay. The owners are both
Padi divemasters and kayakers. We chose this location due to its
easy access to heaps of great outdoor activities. Yes, you can wash
your gear. In case you are wondering, we highly recommend taking a
Manta Ray dive or snorkel experience. You can roll your gear up to
our lanai - no stairs on this entry.
Another once-in-a-lifetime experience is to visit the active volcano
on the other side of the island. It may be a bit of a drive, but you
will talk about the experience for years to come.

Amenities |
|
This deluxe condo sleeps four (6 people can fit if you use the hide-
a-bed couch) but it's also great for just one couple.
D105 is a bottom floor two bedroom, two baths, unit in the
premier condominium complex in Waikoloa Village. Although the lanai
is not a keyed entry, it is possible to enter the unit without even
using the few stairs that lead down to the front door. You can do
this by crossing the lawn to the lanai. The master bedroom features
dramatic vaulted ceilings with no units overhead. The two lanais
have views of the golf course and the Pacific Ocean along the Kona
coast. One of the complex's pools is located just short walk down
from our unit. The new on-site putting green was just completed.
This unit is fully furnished, with linens and towels. The kitchen is
fully equipped. There is local phone, cable TV, DVD, stereo, full
kitchen, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, cooking utensils
washer & dryer, two complex hot tubs, two complex pools, gas grill,
and outdoor BBQ.
No Smoking except on lanai or lawn. Although we love our pets on the
mainland, unfortunately, no pets are allowed at this complex.

Waikoloa Villas is centrally located and provides easy driving
distances to many of the Big Island’s attractions. ‘Anaeho’omalu Bay
and the Waikoloa Resort area, where you can enjoy snorkeling along
coral reefs, walks along a mile long white sand beach or secluded
coves, among rows of coconut palms and along ancient Hawaiian
fishponds, are just ten minutes away. Mountain and sea canyon hiking
can also be found nearby. A recent journal note reads, "We got up
early today to go see and snorkel with the many turtles that visit
nearby A-bay. It was great!"
At the Waikoloa Resort you can take a daytime or sunset sailing
cruise, a whale watching expedition, a ride in a glass bottom boat,
or go on a snorkeling or diving adventure. The Waikoloa Resort also
offers fine dining and great shopping at the Kings’ Shops open air
plaza. Swimming with dolphins and helicopter rides are also close by.
The many other beaches along the Kohala Coast, are all just a short
drive away. Waimea, an old cattle ranching town, with its many fine
restaurants, local diners and shopping is just 25 minutes away. The
old sugar plantation towns of Hawaii, Kapaau and Honokaa and the
ocean side cliffs and valleys of Pololu and Waipio are easy drives
from the Villas. If you’d like the hustle and bustle of the busy
Kona area it’s just 35 minutes away. There you can find the larger
discount stores like Costco - for great wine prices- and Kmart - for
less expensive beach gear. None the less, you’ll appreciate the
quiet of Waikoloa when you return.
Waikoloa Villas overlooks the Waikoloa Village Golf Course, designed
by Robert Trent Jones Jr., where you’ll enjoy discount greens fees
as our guests. The championship golf courses at Mauna Kea, Mauna
Lani, Hapuna Prince, and the Waikoloa Beach and Waikoloa Kings
Courses are just minutes away.
