Here is your hideaway. Enjoy a relaxing week or weekend. These cabins 
are located just two minutes off US-127 for easy access, 8 miles 
north of Clare, Michigan. The cabins are 500 feet off Historic Old US-
27 overlooking wooded and open fields of Camp Rotary Scout Camp.

Sit on the covered country porches and watch the wildlife. Relax in 
your own private hot tub!! Many activities within minutes include 
Soaring Eagle Casino, Jay's Sporting Goods and Downtown Clare with 
nice shops and old-time Movie Theater. Enjoy a country ride and see 
the Amish farming their fields and selling their goods. There are 
over 50,000 acres of state land nearby for hunting and many lakes and 
rivers within minutes for fishing, boating & swimming. Several golf 
courses within minutes for the avid golfer, including Snowsnake Golf 
only 2 minutes away.

Parking is available for your boat, snowmobiles, jet skis, camper or 
motorhome.   Room to set up a tent for camping if you would like !! 

The one bedroom cabin was built in 2005 and is located on the 
property where the original "Ranch Modern Cabins" were located.

We are building a two bedroom for the 2006 season. The two bedroom 
will have all the same amenities as the one bedroom, including a 
private hot tub !!  The two bedroom has a King Room & Queen Room.

A LITTLE HISTORY: "Ranch Modern Cabins" were built in the early 
1950's along US-27. There were three 12' x 21' cabins. Each cabin had 
a sitting area, bed, toilet and shower with running hot/cold water, 
which made them modern. The cabins rented in the 50's for $2 a night 
during the week and $3 a night on weekends. In the 1960's freeway US-
27 was built, resulting in Ranch Modern Cabins to fade away. Today 
the original cabin #3 still is standing on the property.  

To keep with the tradition of the "modern cabin". The one bedroom 
cabin is a 14' x 30' with a 6' x 30' covered country porch. It has a 
seperate bedroom with king bed, a full bathroom with tub & shower, 
kitchen with fridge, gas stove/oven, microwave, coffee maker and 
more. Living area has a love seat, easy chair and cable TV with a DVD 
player. The country porch has relaxing chairs and a year round Hot 
Tub. This modern cabin remains relaxing as in the 50's. Now known

Air Conditioning, Cable TV - DVD player, Full Kitchen, Microwave, 
Refrigerator, Gas Stove/Oven, Cooking Utensils provided, Linens

$100 Security Deposit required. Refunded the week after rental if no 
damage.

At least 50% payment to hold dates with full payment 14 days prior to 
arrival.
