 Description  


Newly remodeled 1500 sq. ft. cottage with 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathes 
located on the Middle Channel next to Brown's Restaurant.

 Amenities 

 

Waterfront, boat dockage for up to 50', city water, dishwasher, 
microwave, washer/dryer, DVD, picnic area, boat launch within 500 ft.

Completely furnished with linens and kitchenwares.


 Attractions 

 

Enjoy Brown's Restaurant/Bar next door, swimming, fishing, boating, 
golf, shopping, sunning, sunsets, hunting (pheasant, deer, 
duck, and goose).

Directly across the Middle Channel is Stromness Island. It's an ideal 
getaway for picnics, playing volley ball, swimming, having a drink in 
the Tiki Bar...


 Rates 

 


*Weekly rate is based on Occupancy.

June - Sept: $1250 - $1500/wk + $650 refundable deposit,              
total billing =$1900 - $2150.
Oct -May:  $1000 - $1250/wk + $1000 refundable deposit,          
total billing =$2000 - $2250.

In order to reserve an available date, you must: 

1.  Sign a "Rental Contract".
2.  Send a check for 1/2 of the total billing within 1 week of     
receiving the Rental Contract.
June-Sept:  $950 or $1075
Oct-May:   $1000 or $1125
