It was newly built for the owner. It has it's own boat dock and 2 car garage. It has 4 bedrooms consisting of 1 king size bed, 2 Queen size beds, and 2 twin beds. We include wireless internet access and cable tv. Phone service is restricted to local calls only. The photos show just how wonderful this townhouse really is. And we have several repeat rentors already.

Amenities

The island has a pool, gymn and community center. it is only 2 blocks from the boardwalk, and approximately 3 to 4 blocks from the convention center. There are also LOTS of shops and resturaunts within a few blocks as well.
