high speed wireless internet access; decking. 
L3: MBR (K); kitchen; dining room; greatroom w/ gas fireplace; half
bath; decking. 

Extras: Volleyball, bocce ball, croquet, board games, surround sound,
wireless internet access. 
Pool may be heated upon request for an additional weekly fee of $300.
