cathedral ceiling and nautical furnishings, it offers Vineyard charm

laundry, kitchen w/breakfast bar, dining area and living room with 
cathedral ceiling and fireplace.  The second floor has two more 
bedrooms (2 twins & a bunkbed), another full bath, and a loft which 
can be used as a fourth bedroom (double sofabed).

Deposit Policy:  A deposit of 50% is required within 7 days for 
advanced weekly reservations with the balance due 60 days prior to 
the arrival date.  Full payment is required in advance for nightly 
or last minute reservations.

Cancellation Policy:  If a cancellation is made, the deposit money 
will be refunded at the time the premises have been re-rented.  If 
the premises have not been re-rented, the deposit money will not be 
refunded.
