Home is situated on FIVE and a half acres with a beautiful pond.
Have wildlife visit you at your back door, including deer,
turkey and lots of birds!
Enjoy relaxing in the 4 person Hot Tub, surrounded by nature!
Enjoy the clear pond! Go fishing, (catch & release only, please) or
take a leisure ride on the paddle boat. Enjoy an evening under the
stars, by the large fire pit.
Fully furnished with stove, refrigerator, washer, dryer, fireplace,
linens, dishes, pots, pans, paddle boat, full bath, satillite TV,
VCR and DVD, radio and MORE!
Just brings yourselves, some clothes and food!!!

Rates are for up to 4 adults (Max of 6 adults with additional adults
being $15 per night extra).
Deposit of 1/2 of the rental fee required to secure reservations,
remainder due upon arrival. Cash, cashier's check, travelers check
or money order only. No personal checks. (Personal checks will only
be accepted 2 or more months before check in dates)
High Season: Memorial Day Weekend to Sept 30th
Weekly: $800 (Fri-Fri or Sun-Sun)
5 Night: $660 (Sun to Friday Departure)
Weekend: $320 (Fri to Sun Departure)
Low Season (Oct 1st to Late May)
Weekly: $700 (Fri-Fri or Sun-Sun)
5 Night: $560 (Sun to Friday Departure)
Weekend: $320 and AFTER January 2nd, $300 (Fri to Sun Departure)
Daily: $110 (Sun-Thur w/2 night minimum)
No weekly rental check in offered on Saturday.
* Add 6% Michigan sales tax to above rates
Refundable $250 damage/cleaning deposit due upon arrival for all
Renters.
$25.00 nonrefundable fee if pets accompany you.
All REFUNDABLE deposits will be mailed back within one week of
renters departure, upon satifactory inspection/condition of rental.
Cancellation Policy: Reservations canceled prior to 30 days from
arrival date will be accessed a $25.00 cancellation fee.
Reservations canceled less than 30 days prior to arrival date will
forfeit their deposit.
