on a bluff overlooking the bay, with views of Cadillac and Sargeant
Mountains. Stairs take you down to 250' of sandy shoreline where the
tide brings in new adventures every day. Sunbathe, swim and build sand
castles on your beach. Located on beautiful wooded property (there are
some astounding 100 foot trees), wildlife abounds around the cottage,
including deer, fox, and bald eagles! Facing south, the cottage and
property enjoy bright sunshine and sunsets.
Nautic Bay is just a 15-minute drive to the center of Bar Harbor—where
you’ll find great seafood, restaurants, movie theatre and shopping—and
an 11-minute drive to the entrance to Acadia National Park. The park
features mountain hiking, bicycling, beaching, and some of the most
beautiful vistas in the world!

with barbecue grill for enjoying the glorious Maine summer weather.
