Kalamazoo's premier Gull Lake and popular Gun Lake near Grand 
Rapids. A huge 735-acre all-sports lake with LOW TRAFFIC!!

Why not enjoy a springtime getaway, a traditional family summer week 
at the lake or an autumn color escape?

These tastefully and delightfully furnished, lakefront cottages are 
equipped with all the luxuries of home! They feature large decks 
overlooking a sprawling Upper Crooked Lake, equipped with patio 
furniture, gas grill, private dock, a bonfire pit, lake frontage and 
much more.

For those of you with young children, you will be delighted to know 
that less than 15 steps will bring you from the deck to the beach 
level. The beach is sandy and is nearly 35 feet in depth and the 
water is roughly 5 feet deep at 50 feet out from shore (at the 
dock's edge).  

These three-bedroom, two bath houses sleep up to 9 people (Woody's 
Too sleeps up to 17). (Queen bed in two bedrooms, 3-person bunk-bed, 
hide-a-bed couch in living room.) Woody's Too has the added capacity 
of an adjacent bunkhouse which has two additional bunk-beds and is 
air conditioned. The fully-equipped kitchens have a stove/oven, 
dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, pots/pans, dinnerware, 
cutlery, glassware, coffeemaker, toaster and lots of utensils and 
knick-knacks not usually found in a vacation cottage. 

Additional amenities include air conditioning, gas fireplace, heat, 
color television, VCR/DVD player, stereo/cd player, clock radios, 
games, books (Delton Library is a couple blocks away).

Outside amenities include a gas grill, picnic table, adirondack 
chairs, fire pit, 5-person pedal boat and a 48 foot dock for your 
watercraft.  

There are 6 golf courses within 10 miles (15 courses with 20 miles). 
The Village of Delton is walking distance from the cottages for easy 
access to restaurants (Jan's and Bowen's Family Restaurants), 
cocktail lounges (TuJax, Peter's), ice cream parlors, pizzeria's 
(Sajo's), a Felpausch grocery store and a Shell station. The Bernard 
Historical Museum is also located on the North end of the Lake for 
those who have an interest in Delton history.

Area activities including fantastic fishing, 
swimming,boating/waterskiing, hunting, snowmobiling and downhill 
skiing (Bittersweet Ski Resort and Timberidge Ski Resort are located 
within 15 miles). If you're looking to try out your larger cabin 
cuddy or sailboat, the public access for Gull Lake - one of the 
largest and deepest inland lakes in Michigan, is located just 5-
minutes to the South on M-43.
  
CONVENIENT LOCATION

The Woody's and Woody's Too cottages are conveniently located on a 
735-acre quiet lake with the lowest boat-utilization of the larger 
inland lakes in the West Michigan. Its also an easy 30-minute drive 
to downtown Grand Rapids or Kalamazoo, and its centrally located 
between Hastings (Barry County seat - 18 miles northeast), Plainwell 
(18 miles southwest) and Richland (bedroom community of Kalamazoo - 
10 miles south) on M-43 providing access to everything from bowling, 
skating, horseback riding, theatres, museums, festivals and MUCH 
MUCH MORE!!

Woody's Too Bunkhouse = $400/week (sleeps up to 8 add'l)

Pontoon Rental:  $130/day or $500/5-days (M-F only)

**Weekly rentals are from Saturday to Saturday.  
Check-in is anytime after 4pm and checkout is 10am.  
Non-refundable 50% advanced rent payment is required.  
Up to 9 guests for each cottage (more with bunkhouse.  
Dogs may be permitted - please inquire.
 
 
OFF SEASON RENTAL:

$125 per week night - 3 night minimum
$450 per weekend (Th-Sun or Fri-Mon)
$700 per week
