Rental Rates .. $150-$185/night (3 night minimum) ..

Discounted Rates for Weekly or Longer Stays. 

$500 Security Deposit - Refundable

$100 Cleaning Fee for standard rental. Maid Service Can Be Arranged at 
add'tl cost.

Additional bed rentals or crib at rental fees plus service fee.  

Full Payment Required Upon Reserving. 50% refund if cancellation made 
before 90 days from date of arrival.  No refunds within 90 days of 
arrival.
