Beaver’s Pond Retreat is a beautiful and private 30 acre property
surrounded by natural wetlands and tall trees in a rural setting. We
offer a variety of vacation homes to meet individual or small group
needs. Two of the cabins sit around a trout fishing pond with a
rowboat. And the 3rd house is set back by itsel. We are centrally
located at the gateway to the Olympic Peninsula and
The Olympic National Park in Washington State.
We offer a variety of cottages from 1 bedroom, 1 bath to 3 bedrooms,
2 baths. Rent one to meet individual needs or all of our homes for
that small group gathering or family reunion.
With all cabins you have 8 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms with the ability
to sleep up to 18 people maximum.
Each home is fully furnished and offers a private hot tub, jacuzzi
tubs, decks, barbecues, fireplaces, outdoor fire pits, the fully
equipped kitchens offer all the amenities of home.
Enjoy outdoor dining at your private picnic table or borrow our
coolers and picnic baskets for a day of fun while you explore our
beautiful Olympic Peninsula. Return at night to soak in your hot
tub while viewing the stars and listening to the wildlife at
Beaver's Pond. Then retire to a movie or good book around a fire.
The property has mature trees that are 130 feet tall and will
whisper to you as the gentle Olympic breeze rustles through the
leaves. The birds will wake you with a song, black tailed deer
wander down the paths, and our douglas squirrels love to eat nuts
and seed that is offered to them along with other wildlife that
finds sanctuary here at Beaver's Pond.

If interested in owning all or part of this retreat please contact
the owners at 360-732-7148 to inquire. We are at an age with
family and grandchildren spread across the world and would consider
selling all or part of the retreat. Take all 30 acres which
consists of 8 legal parcels and includes 4 homes, a trailer, 2 large
garage / workshops, 4 wells and pump houses, 3 of the parcels have
building sites not yet built on 2 of which have water, electric and
utilites to them. This is forested land with Beaver Creek and
wetlands at the back side of the 30 acres. About 400 gallons of
water run thru this creek to Chimacum Creek a minute. There is cut
throat trout in the fishing pond and in the Creek both. The wetlands
are enviormentally protected and is quite a bird sanctuary.
