Vacation Rental Description
This beautiful home in the pines is an ideal getaway spot to
escape the heat of summer in Arizona or enjoy the winter ski
season at nearby Sunrise. It is a brand new facility and was first
rented in July of 2005. It is located within walking distance to
Woodland Hills Park and Lake and is less than 5 minutes from
the closest of three golf courses. The lake has excellent fishing
for trout as well as other fresh water species. The lake is
surrounded by an excellent walking path and is close to picnic
and recreation areas in the park. Outstanding fishing
opportunities abound nearby at the famous Big Lake,
Reservation Lake and Sunrise Lake plus numerous other lakes
and streams.
All appliances,linens, cooking and eating china and utensils are
furnished as is a double barbeque on the rear deck. A two car
garage with garage door opener and security system provide
excellent security.

Because this outstanding properety is completely furnished and
equipped, you need only furnish your clothing and food and
sporting goods to make this a great getaway spot. The fire
place in the great room will provide a lot of atmosphere on a cold
night. A complete kitchen and laundry porch with washer and
dryer will help make stay easy and convenient. There are three
TVs, dvd, 2 vcrs and one bedroom tv is set up for children. The
dish satellite system provides over 200 channels of viewing and
music entertainment.

Rates |
|
Vacation Rental Rates
Daily rates are $250 per day, 2 day minimum. Rates are $1000
per week for
regular weeks and $1150 per week for Holidays. Multiple week
rates are discounted $50 per week. The monthly rate is $3000.
We do not charge extra for children and can accomodate them
on a very large U shaped sectional to provide sleeping for more
than 6 in beds. There is a $100 cleaning deposit that is
refundable if we do not have to do any cleaning.
