This is a four bedroom home with a one bedroom guest apartment 
underneath. Entry level has master suite (king bed), kitchen, dining 
area, deck, half bath, utility room, and a loft with a futon sofa. 
Down stairs has three bedrooms(Queen, one full, 2 twins & 2 roll 
away beds)and one full bath. The lower guest suite has a Kitchen, 
bedroom(Queen),futon sofa, full bath, living room, breakfast bar, 
and deck overlooking the lake. It has a separate entry from outside 
and a lock out door to the rest of the home. If you don't need the 
guest suite, you may rent the rest of the home at $475 per night.

Escape the city stresses and come to Windermere Oaks on Lake Travis. 
Located 30 miles West of Austin, in the Hill country. Fifteen miles 
to Marble Falls and convenient to lots of fun day trip locations. 
There's even a neaby small airstrip (Spicewood Airport 88R) if you 
wish to fly in. Lake Travis is 65 miles long, Windermere is located 
at the 45 mile marker. Nearby golfing includes Barton Creek Lakeside 
and Lakeclif. If you're a skier you'll want to come back time and 
time again to experience the smooth glassy waters this end of Lake 
Travis offers.

NOTICE: No Pets are allowed, even outside pets. No smoking inside, 
out on the deck is fine. There will be a $300.00 damage deposit held 
until inventory and cleaning is completed.

One night's rental plus damage deposit is required to reserve the 
house. Balance to be paid in full within 30 days of arrival. Refunds 
before thirty days are less a $100 fee. Refunds from 0-30 days are 
subject to the home being re-rented for the time period reserved.

Walk to the lake or walk a few steps to the nearby community pool.  
Bring your tennis racquests and play tennis at the lighted tennis 
courts.
