SUNRAN VILLA

Sunran Villa on Wasaga Beach is a Family Villa that achieves total
solitude nestled along the World's Largest Freshwater Beach - Wasaga
Beach on Georgian Bay. As well as being right at the waves, Sunran
Villa is just minutes from Wasaga's Water World and Beach One, and
many more "kid friendly" activities in the Georgian Triangle and
Niagra Escarpment areas. There are several nearby Golf Courses
(Cranberry Village), Ski Resorts ( Blue Mountan, Intrawest,
Devils Glen), hiking, cross country skiing and snowmobiling trails
(Blueberry Trails and many others), and a beautiful view of the
sunsets on the Bay. This hidden gem is clean, inviting and spacious.
With the large open concept Living and Dining room (cable TV / VCR/
DVD), the massive stone fireplace and the bright modern and efficient
fully equiped kitchen, Sunran is ideal for entertaining and as a
peaceful get-a-way. The spacious Master Bedroom has a three piece
ensuite bathroom. There are two other large bedrooms and a second
three piece bathroom. In all, there is accomodation for eight people.
Sunran offers a private, serene atmosphere.There is an outside fire
pit , BBQ and a walk across a sandy road to enjoy the spectacular
sunsets on the water. There is a Marina within walking distance for
