Each side of our one-story duplex has three bedrooms and two baths, 
the perfect destination for one or more couples or for families. 
Since each unit can accommodate up to 10 adults and may be rented 
separately or together, possibilities abound for a family reunion or 
a group get-together with friends, fishing buddies, church or social 
groups. Both units are fully furnished and comfortably equipped to 
meet your every vacationing need. Sleeping accommodations 
conveniently include all towels and bed linens. 

Each of the two mirror-image, side-by-side units has three spacious 
bedrooms with comfortable beds - one king, two queens, two twins and 
a pull-out sofabed in the living room. The master bedroom has a 
jetted tub and separate shower. Kitchens include all necessities - 
dishes, cookware, serving ware, utensils, glassware - and 
appliances - refrigerator, range, microwave, disposal, dishwasher, 
washer and dryer. If you like to barbecue, there are gas grills and 
picnic table underneath the house. 

No crowds or noisy traffic here - we are located on the cul-de-sac 
of the community's one and only private street. Just to the east 
down the beach is the south entrance of Dauphin Island’s world 
famous Audubon Bird Sanctuary, 164 acres of protected maritime 
forest habitat, which borders the eastern edge of Audubon Place and 
is also accessible from Bienville, the Island's main street. 

Everything is literally minutes away and easy to find on this small -
 no stoplights! - friendly and family-oriented island. Visit the 
fine restaurants, or purchase delicious, fresh seafood taken daily 
from local waters to prepare any way you like it in our well-
equipped kitchen. 

Enjoy a round of golf on the Gulf or visit the pool at the Isle 
Dauphine Golf Club. Take the kids to see the live displays at the 
Sea Lab Estuarium, or learn about the island ecosystem directly on a 
day cruise, in a rental kayak or boat. Everything is close at hand.

Bring your beach towels, suntan lotion and sandals and leave the 
stress behind as you recharge your batteries on glorious Dauphin 
Island, the isle that time forgot.
